Employment Law

 

Our highly trained Employment Law Consultants can advise you on all aspects of Employment Law.  This may be in response to a specific issue which arises in your business or at an in-house or public training course.  


We also post up-to date employment law changes on our website as well as sending out updates to you by email.

 

There is no extra charge for settlement agreements to be drafted and negotiated on your behalf.

 

Training courses are also provided.

Employment Tribunal

 

If you are have an Employment Tribunal claim brought against you our Employment Law Consultants will take over the running of the case on your behalf.

 

They will, after full consultation with you, prepare the Response (ET3) and all preparatory work and documentation ready for the Tribunal Hearing.

 

In addition we will advise you on your prospects of defending the claim and assist with conciliating a settlement if need be. 

 

HR Advice

 

You will be provided with a named advisor who is on hand Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm to take your call and provide you with straightforward and practical advise on any HR issue that you may have.


If you need to meet with your advisor we can arrange a meeting at your premises or another place at your convenience.

 

Your HR Advisor is an important resource for your business to either assist your existing HR Department or to assist you and your managers with HR advice.

​There are times when there are problems with your employees that your management team just do not have the time to deal with, for example disciplinary investigations.  Or times when you need HR support, for example, disciplinary hearings, absence management meetings, welfare meetings, return to work interviews, short term and long term ill health absence issues, etc.

Document Review

We will review your employment documentation, including contracts of employment and policies, and advise you if any changes or additions are necessary.

 

We will also keep your documents under review to ensure they are in line with current legislation.

 

 

 

 

Reorganisation

If you find it is necessary to reorganise your business, change terms and conditions of employment and/or make redundancies we can advise you on how to comply with the law, provide necessary documentation and steer you through any pitfalls. ​
